If, for any reason, the transfer is not possible, we will do our very best to find you a new character that matches your desires. You can be assured that our team will stay with you until you have full control of the character you have purchased.
Please understand that, for account security reasons, all orders are non-refundable once you have taken control of the character or when the character has been transferred into a new account.
