We stand by our 100% Security Guarantee if you follow the steps we suggest below. If you do this, we will guarantee that if your character should somehow be taken back by the original owner, we will replace your account with a character of similar value from our inventory (we may also offer store credit up to 120% of your original purchase amount).
In order to be help with your account security, we will provide you with new CD Keys to create your own WoW account. You will be able to pick your own login/password, secret question answer and email address, where we will transfer the character.
These fees are mandatory to help with your account security and you receive the following benefits:

After your account is created, you will need to pay for the $25.00 transfer fee with your credit card to move your character.
We strongly believe in protecting your account as much as possible, and therefore we will spend the extra time with you on our live chat until your character is transferred to a new account. We have chosen to make character transfers mandatory with all purchases for both your and our peace of mind.
Our Security Guarantee is valid for 12 months, but we will do our best to help you even after this period.
The 100% Security Guarantee covers for ONE character ONLY as a replacement and cannot be used to compensate with several characters of lower value.
The 100% Security Guarantee can only be used in relation to Account purchases and cannot be substituted with the purchase of game currency under any circumstance.
